Our cannabis seeds are sold strictly for souvenir and genetic preservation purposes. We respectfully refrain from discussing germination, as it is only permitted in certain countries where it is legally allowed. If you have any questions or concerns, including issues with germination in a location where it’s legal, please contact us directly, and our team will be happy to assist.

To keep you informed, here are the three main stages of your order:

Pending: This status means we’re currently awaiting payment.

Processing: Your payment has been received, and your order is being prepared for dispatch. This usually takes 1–3 working days, though occasionally, it may take a bit longer.

Complete: Your order has been dispatched! You will receive a dispatch note via email to confirm the shipment. If you selected a tracked shipping option, you’ll receive tracking details in your email confirmation.

If you’d like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order and refund your payment card as long as it has not been handed over to the courier or postal service.
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, you can do so by waiting for it to arrive and then returning it to us unopened. Please note that the return postage will be at your own cost, and our initial shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

If your order has already been shipped, you must return the order to us unopened. Once we have received the unopened returned order, we will arrange a new shipment with the amended products.

You will be charged in your local currency where available. We provide a currency conversion on the website which is updated regularly.

Our online payment system is simple and easy. We accept online card payments from the UK, EU, USA and Canada. All payments are discreet and will show : OSSC Souvenirs on your statement. Please ensure your card is registered for 3d secure and enter the details correctly including the Card Number, Expiry Date, and the 3-digit security code found on the back of your card.
Crypto Currency and Cash payments : Available to ALL customers including Non EU
Crypto and Cash options are available at the checkout to ALL our customers including customers outside the EU.

Please send us an email with the tracking number. We can only accept paper money, no coins please.
We do not accept Postal Orders, Cheques, Money orders or any torn or ripped notes/bills.

Bank Transfer
We accept payment for your seeds by bank transfer. Please note that you are responsible for any fees / charges in sending your payment. i.e the sender must pay any applicable transfer fees at the time of sending the transfer, we must receive the full value of your order to enable us to process it.

Worldwide money transfer service available to ALL of our customers including customers outside of the EU.

We offer insured / guaranteed delivery to the UK, within the EU and Canada.
If you are in a location where we offer guaranteed / insured delivery options, in the unlikely event that your order does not reach you in the way it was intended, we will reship your order if full.
Alternatively we can offer a refund.

If your order does not arrive within 28 working days (Europe) or 36 working days (Outside Europe) we are able to open an investigation with the Postal System to determine the exact location and delivery status of your shipment.

Although it is totally legal for us sell cannabis seeds. It is your responsibility to check your Local / National import laws in your Country.
